While I may not have had more votes than my opponent, I just have to say thank you. Thank you for your votes. Thank you for your financial support. Thank you for your kind words. Thank you for believing in a Better Tomorrow!
I have truly enjoyed connecting with voters of all backgrounds throughout this campaign. We all have different solutions to the issues Indiana faces, but we all want what’s best for our families and fellow Hoosiers. We’ve still got work to do. The fight for better public schools, higher teacher salaries, better maternal health care, an end to gender discrimination wage gap, better paying jobs, and health care for everyone still goes on. Hoosiers deserve that promised hate crime bill that should protect every single person. It’s time to stay engaged and continue the work we started.
I will continue to serve Hoosiers in my work as a dean at Ivy Tech and I am always ready to work with Senator Alting for any projects he has for this community.
I am proud of what this campaign has accomplished. We have given a voice to so many in Tippecanoe county, and I hope that you will continue to listen to your neighbors and watch out for the most vulnerable among us.
Thank you again.
For a Better Tomorrow,
